I am enjoying the Silver Sneakers exercise program and walking the track. The Holiday challenge motivated me exercise during the holidays.

They have in their building everything that you need for health and wellness need. Also knowledgeable staff. All good!!!!!

I like the ability to work out while my 4 year is participating in an activity. I like that my children can participate in activities for a lower fee.

I like the lead exercise classes and the many different scheduled times

I like that I can have my kids their playing basketball while my wife and I can do aerobics. It's clean and fun for the whole family.

The classes they offer are great. The staff is very friendly and I love the new workout equipment.

I like that the classes have schedules for morning and evening and that you offer a variety of activities for youth and adults.

IT has many different types of work outs for whatever fits your body, it's clean, have several types of benefitclasses, that can help you & programs, nice men's & ladies locker rooms, free coffee, friendly staff, & will assist you & trainers, programs for children, young people, seniors, & adults, etc, & not expensive
