The Y provides programs for the entire family. It provides classes for the children, parents and grandparents. Being a part of the Silver Sneakers, I am very happy to participate in what the Y offers to us. The various classes are geared to improve our diets as well as the physical activities.
The staff is very friendly and helpful we have the sanitizer and wipes we need the equipment is in excellent shape

The variety
I like the new exercise equipment
Silver Sneakers, Line dance, all the equipment in the workout area, and the fact that the Y offer programs for all ages. I also like the varied times different activities are available.

There are many programs and activities for all members of the family. The Y is a safe healthy place for all members of the family.
They are great! All programs are well organized and with competent facilitators.

The children are engaged. Variety of classes for everyone. The core staff are engaged with members and listens accommodates the members in a way that makes them valued
From what I see and like everybody is there to workout and not cause problems. Willing to help others get started when needed.
