You have activities for all ages. I am in your silver sneakers exercise program. You have and area where I can just walk.

We can actually make different choices in what classes we attend. The instructors are the best ever. The instructors explain what their doing and why. The activities that we have at our facility for the AOA's is the best. I see more people coming. I wish you all could build more rooms because we're out growing the rooms. This is just a question why didn't you all build us an inside swimming pool since you didn't why want you at least cover the area.
I enjoy the easy access to this facility and generous parking. The class I attend is filled with lovely women (and occasion man). I hope the Y considers allowing this facility to have an indoor pool!
