My kids love the y they go there almost every day they love to play basketball and the game room I love to line dance and exercise class and swimming thank you guys
I enjoy the line dancing classes. Not only do we communicate well in class as a group but we also step out beyond that. Just last Saturday we visited Brookdale Cityview Assisted Living, where we danced a little, interacted with the seniors living there, passed out T-shirts and blankets and received abundant warmth and appreciation. We were also asked if whether we could maybe come to Benbrook Nursing Home. Our instructor KiKi is awesome. I also participate in the swing out classes too. Brad is a good instructor. I’m always greeted with a smile from the employees at the front desk, the facility is clean, ample parking, and it just has a very healthy vibe all around.
There is a bit of something for everyone

The McDonald YMCA offers programs and activities for all age groups (children & adults). It's a beautiful state-of-the-art facility in our community named appropriately for Dr. William "Gooseneck" McDonald, a Fort Worth African-American native, who was a pioneer for change and innovation!
The great equipment the friendly staff and all the indivdual programs you
have and the area you have to sit and talk with staff and other people is so comfortable.

Hello, my name is Jazz and what I love about the YMCA is that there are many things to do, such as swinging out classes, line dancing and more. The staff up there is very friendly. Keep up the good work. I'm very satisfied and happy to call that my second home.Hahaha....👍👍 HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!!

McDonald YMCA is a great place for the whole family to enjoy physical activities.
My son loved the aquatics class! He became so comfortable in the water & I loved the small group size. My son was able to get more personalized attention.

All dance classes, upstairs track, meeting so many different people and everything else’s that it has to offer. There is something for everyone to do.
