Les mills combat,body pump, and boom classes are my favorite. I actually live 3 mi from Ryan YMCA however I attend the Benbrook Y 4 to 5 days a week. The group instructors are awesome and they actually
know participants by name. They are very invested in us as well as our well-being!

I love this facility! It is always clean and the staff are amazing! I go at least 4 to 5 days a week and enjoy it tremendously! If there’s ever an issue, you just let them know at the front desk and that issue disappears. God bless them all!
