Classes
I like to he uncrowded weight room (most of the time it isn’t too crowded).
I love doing individual workouts at this location or joining one of their many group exercise classes. The facility is clean and has a spacious layout with two studios for group classes and separate cardio and weight rooms.
They offer a diverse selection of group fitness classes from yoga to Zumba. There’s a variety of morning and afternoon time slots to fit a class in with your schedule. All the instructors are phenomenal!
I’d highly recommend this facility.
This was my first year to be a volunteer coach for 3rd & 4th grade soccer and it was a great experience. The kids learned the fundamentals of soccer but most importantly had fun!
My son has done 3 seasons of soccer and has been very enjoyable. We’ve had 2 great coaches. We stay well informed of all information and changes.
I love that it wasn’t so busy like a normal soccer team would be. The time and days for practice is perfect. The crosses are awesome and very nice. You can tell they genuinely care for the kids. The games were on one day which Saturdays is perfect. The season was short. Thanks so much for giving my kids this opportunity to join a team.

The variety of different classes that are offered that fits different skill levels of people. Also other programs that we can participate in to encourage us to attend. Also fun activites like the luncheons are offered as well as activities to play bingo.
