The gentle yoga and Silver Sneakers' classes are great. Donna and Carol or motivating and very knowledgeable about the needs and limitations of their clients.
Going to their classes make me feel better; have more strength, energy and mobility. I highly recommend both instructors.

Workers are friendly. Facilities are always kept clean. Any time machines are down they are fixed in a timely manner.
I enjoy the aerobics classes, the gym and the great programs for our children.
I use your facility for the purposes of cardio and strength training. The facility is clean. The machines are top notch for me. The rooms are separated to allow you quick access to different kind of events. The personnel are friendly and sincerely step up to stay involved. Art opens at 5 am and never misses a beat.

I like all of the various classes that are included in my membership. I also love how much the Y supports the community, specifically the various activities for children, after school care, swimming lessons, etc.

They're great! I love the Active Older Adults community that is so much a part of the Y; I especially love the Gentle Yoga classes. It's a happy place to be and I'm glad I'm a member.
That most of them are free with my membership. That there are programs geared towards older adults.

Instructors
The AOA (Active Older Adults) programs at the Northwest YMCA are absolutely awesome.
There are a variety of programs available all set to music taught by fun, knowledgeable instructors. Every month there are extra activities such as monthly themed potluck luncheons, Bingo, Lunch and Learn, and even crochet lessons. Something for everyone over the age of 50. Come join us!
Gentle Yoga is great for my back. Keeps it loose. Great feeling of commuting. I have developed some great relationships.
The place is always clean and in order all machines are in goo working order.

Love all the AOA classes and instructors. Would like to see more of these classes as they are always very full especially the gentle yoga class.
It’s a great facility with friendly staff and instructors. The mix and frequency of classes keeps us motivated and exercising more days a week!
