I love the variety and the friendliness of the Staff and the people working out there. I love the Soft Yoga and Barre. The app could be a little better so we can tell ahead of time if a class is canceled. Over all I am very pleased.

This is a very nice location. The staff is friendly. The teachers are knowledgeable. There's a variety of classes and workout equipment available, especially for such a small location. The classes are scheduled conveniently. The equipment is kept up and the place is very clean.

I like the fact that childcare and classes are included, so I can get a workout in as a stay at home mom. I also really like the community activities too!

Gentle yoga and water exercise are great classes

I hear pool will be closing during the day, why is this? I do use it for working on knee recovery during the week.

The small community atmosphere makes it easy to meet new friends. I also like the group exercise classes. My spin instructor Donna is an awesome! Her workouts are phenomenal. After her class, I'm energized and pumped for the day

Donna the instructor for the Silver Sneakers class is awesome. She makes the class enjoyable & fun. Really like the line dancing class with Laurie she's a great instructor. Overall like the variety of classes & the staff.
