Everyone is so nice and friendly. We love the family atmosphere! We always have a great time here! My kids have learned so much from all the swim lessons. They love the playhouse and the kids in motion classes.

Is better to hear from my personal trainer , because I know everything I will purpose to be doing what is right for me.. and I think I don't trainer's help anymore, I know what I am doing right now

I enrolled in personal training with Crystal. She is a GREATY trainer! Friendly, supportive and encouraging throughout each session. When I get back in shape, I will go back to "chair aerobics" with Donna. Also a great person to work with.
Love all the programs they have especially exercise programs.

LIKE: The availability of a wide variety of free weights, weight machines, and aerobic exercise equipment at the NW YMCA (Lake Worth) location.
LIKE: If a part of my monthly membership fee is subsidizing child care for those who need it, I like that. I do not need or use the service, but am happy to help finance it for those who do.
DON'T LIKE: When I joined the YMCA in 2024, I was attracted by the variety of instructor led exercise classes available "free of charge" to members. I have found I make no use of these classes. And I suspect a portion of my monthly membership fee is earmarked to support them. If true, I do not like that. I would prefer the option of a reduced monthly fee designed to more closely support my level of use of facilities and programs.

clean workout gym. most employes are friendly.
The staff is professional, personable and just friendly. The personal trainers are awesome and always have time to answer a question. All gyms have the same equipment but it's the staff that makes all the difference. And "my" Y has the best with Crystal leading the way.
