The staff at Landry's Bicycles is the BEST!!! They are so patient with me when I was selecting a bike; based on my past experience riding a bike and what I want to do with my bike. A bike for exercise and activity vs a higher level of riding.
My schedule did not permit me to pick up my bike; ( I work as a nurse at hospital with many COVID patients). Everyone was very understanding; and reassured me that the bike was safe with them.
When I am shopping for any equipment or clothing; a person will ask if I need help. Then I am left alone so I can make my own decision with out a pressure; although someone was always available to answer questions. I am never sold anything that I later thought was not what I wanted.
They carry product for your average bike enthusiast to your top of the line bike athletes. Their staff is great, knowledgeable , and friendly.

Dan went above and beyond to get us the bike that we were interested in within our budget. When we picked it up he made sure the sag and seat height were good and installed new mod pedals. He was great at communicating with us about this bike.

The knowledge and friendliness of the staff
Many bicycle shops all offer similar products but I appreciate the patience and knowledge of the staff. Especially their willingness to hold a bike till Christmas because I had no space in my garage to hide it.
Throughout all of my experiences, every member of the team is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable.
I purchased my bike after researching bikes on the internet. When I arrived at the store I knew what I was looking to buy. Due to the Covid restrictions I had to wait outside for assistance however a representative shortly came outside to ask what I needed. Much to my surprise she was able to locate the exact bike I wanted including the accessories.

Seemed to be confusion at the pickup. I was ready to text my name to the phone number noted on the door, but an employee outside took my name. That lead to a slight delay in receiving the actual product but other than the delay, no issues.
The gentleman who greeted us really extended himself in trying to help us with our bicycle. We ended up having to leave it because it needed a part that had to be ordered. We got our bike back fixed within the timeframe promised. We are very pleased with our entire experience.

I order a Santa Cruz with Hannah from the Norwood store. The bike was delivered ahead of the estimated delivery date despite dealing with covid times Santa Cruz wildfires and some changes to the bike. Thanks for the great service
