I worked with Dan and he was extremely helpful. I haven't ridden a bike in a long time and help direct me to a bike that would match me. Everyone there was extremely helpful. It was so easy to drop off my Burly child stroller (attaches to my bike or can be used as stroller). The stroller was ready for pick up the next day. The cost for a new tire and labor was reasonable.
Employees are knowledgeable, pleasant and look like there having fun , selling fun.
The service is excellent especially the mechanics - but the prices for service and products can be high.

Landry’s had amazing reviews on Google, and those reviews did not disappoint. They had an easy way to text when you arrived. If occupancy was low enough, they texted you to come on in. I got my road bike tuned up and handlebars redone with a less than 1 week turnaround. These guys are so nice. They are taking ever precaution with Covid, and they were very quick and job well done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Have been long time fan of Landry's, having been involved with Memory Ride for Alzheimer's research for many years, as a rider (husband) and a pit stop crew member (me) for several years in the 90's and early 2000's when the Noonan family ran it. I work in
Braintree Hill Park. Had my old bike serviced there last spring. Planned to buy a new bike this year. Went to Braintree store week before last to find it closed due to Covid exposure, so I hopped over to Norwood. I was on a mission. Surprisingly, I bought my bike! Hannah was super. She listened to my needs and price range, what I didn't want (especially colors), assessed and showed me my options, and helped me select the Trek women's DS. Less expensive than my limit, too! Picked the bike up this past Saturday and plan to mount it onto my trainer this week to try it out.
I liked the attentiveness, the staff's knowledge, and the vast selection. Much better than last spring! We won't go anywhere else for products and service on our bikes. else

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. They make the store feel covid safe and clean by having customers text in at the locked door. They got our bikes tuned up in just a few days so we could have them for the weekend. We are just getting started with MTB and brought our very cheap Walmart bikes in for a tune up and they were so helpful and non-judgemental.. we will definitely be going back for service and when we are ready to upgrade our bikes!
