Buying from Landry's Bicycles was a breeze. I emailed them with a bunch of questions. Their extremely friendly staff responded immediately with expert knowledge. They were even able to hunt down the exact color I wanted, though the manufacturer said it was not available. They went above and beyond.

First of all, Landry's had the bike I had literally called around everywhere for. I live in NH and nobody had the bike. It was a Batch 24" MTB. They had it ready in three days for pickup. Can't wait to give my grandson this bike for Christmas!
