Your class instructors: specifically Sharla Thompson. So hardworking, professional and motivating. I drive a long ways to attend her classes because unfortunately I haven’t found the same rigorous teaching at the Y closest to me. I’ve been taking her classes since 2021. She’s amazing. Your lucky to have her.

Community, Timing and variety
most are active. Don't need rest in between exercises. We want to be active so we stay out of a nursing home

Low pressure and fun
First and foremost, lower prices help (e.g. friends and family). I talk to people in my area frequently about joining and it’s always the cost. There is so much more potential for bringing more people in with lower costs. Secondly, you have great equipment, personnel, hours and programs. I love the YMCA.
