Well we don't really use the programs but we go to use the equipment to work out. Mostly the weights and treadmills. But we love our YMCA!!!!!

The pool (but I’ll be happy when they put up markers at end of lap lanes so you don’t bump your head when doing back stroke). Rose is aware of this and hopes to get this accomplished some day.

I loved that the Okmulgee YMCA was able to open during this snow storm that we recently experienced. It was so good to be able to get out of the house and exercise!
I like that the kids have an area to play, draw and hangout while us parents can go workout, run and get our exercise in without worrying about our kids

Egym
I love the aquatic classes! The instructors and my fellow swimmers are great!
There’s variety of classes offered. I like that there’s some early and evening classes. I do wish you would remove the “fee” for some classes, like reformer pilates.
I use the morning exercise classes and walk in the gym in the winter and the track in summer.
I have attended yoga classes and senior classes and really enjoy both. The teachers are kind and knowledgeable about the moves. I especially enjoy the Functional Fitness class. Even though it is a "senior" class, it is still challenging and I feel stronger now. The e-gym is helping me get enough resistance training without hurting myself. I appreciate the cleanliness of the Owasso facility and the communications through the YMCA360 app. The staff is friendly and kind. I look forward to going to the Y and do almost every day!

We love the opportunity to play in a basketball league!
Goal was lowered for my 4 and 6 year old sons can practice shooting.
Commitment level and cost are perfect for beginning level sports. We also love the close location - we aren’t spending time and money driving all over town.
The staff is fantastic with my children. My kids always have fun. And it’s amazing this program exsists so I can exercise and know they are safe
