Great instructors that give us alternatives to exercises to fit our needs. The instructors make the classes fun! The friendships that are established in the classes are priceless!
What I like about Dickenson Family YMCA is that the sport that I have done where I work is very fun.It is helping me grow in my communication skills with my co-workers and manager including the coaches ,parents and kids and when I am at my job ,home and when I am out in public. The job is very chill.I like that the program for exercising is very helpful for people to get in shape and have healthier lives.
