I really like having a lap swim lane, the warm pool water and nice women's showers.

Great
I like the equipment the atmosphere and availability
I have always had a positive experience when attending the Zarrow YMCA. I was able to train with Coach Kel and he provided a lot of great information and training for beginners. Would highly recommend. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and the workout area is always kept organized and extremely clean.
Options and friendly people
The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the hot tub and sauna!!
Great for the kids and I enjoy working out there
I like the 30 minute core workout! I'm just starting back out in my fitness journey after 2 years and so being able to start out in a quick 30 minute class is perfect. I'm going to try thr 60 minute this week but loved that you provide a 30 minute option.
I also love how not crowded it is! I know this sounds opposite of the objectives of the gym probably, but my social anxiety always prevented me from consistently going to the gym but it's never crowded there, always good equipment open, I love it! I'm so comfortable and can't wait to start trying new things soon like the pool and weight room.

I like the convenience. It's close to home. I only do treadmill and bike as it's my knees that are the problem. Other machines are a problem for my back. I'm not interested in classes.
The good people who run it.
And their aquatic
The exercise classes for seniors are great, but I wish there were more--especially on Saturdays. My favorite instructor is Melissa Davis. I can't say enough good things about her and the way she structures her classes.
We seniors don't want to be treated as old and fragile, as some instructors tend to do.
The only drawback for the Daily/Bixby Y is the exit onto Memorial. It is dangerous and needs a traffic light to ensure a safe left turn onto Memorial.
Easy access. Do wish kids that have the lanyard could go upstairs with parents.
Personally I don't do group activities but it's very nice to know that if I did. That they would be available and since I have children and if they wanted to attend any group events they could. And it brings a strong sense of community and sadly out country could use more community connections.

The people and equipment.
