I love the e gym! As a 70 year old i appreciate that the machines are calibrated just for me. Also, i have the flexibility of working out at any time of day. The trainers are there to answer any questions and help me with any issue I may have.
The trainers and instructors are responsive to my needs. I like the sports court and soccer for exercise.
My children absolutely love the kids play area. The directors and employees are definitely an extra bonus!!

So many ages involved in such a variety of activities. I'm just getting started in my membership and there is everything from swimming to the vast number of exercise machines. Coaching and instruction is available. Spotless facility.
The variety of classes, the E-gym, clean facilities, large assortment of weight machines and free weights. Staff is friendly as well.
I just use the weight room. I have not done any programs or activities

At this point I am working with an amazing trainer, Sheryl Thomas. In the past I’ve join the group classes. I think there is something for every need and age group.
My kids always have a great time at these events- they love the crafts, the fun snacks and just playing in a new enviorment.
