We had a lot of hurdles with this transaction. Danielle and Dani handled everything with such care and persistence. I truly believe that we wouldn't have closed if it wasn't for Danielle and Dani. They are such professionals and so knowledgeable. I am grateful for all they did to help us figure things out.

Jessika and the closing team provided the additional attention to these particular buyers to curve a major anxiety issue with "Mr. Buyer". He was hospitalized the day before for elevated blood pressure. Jessika took the time to thoroughly explain the settlement details and allowed for questions which was just what the buyers needed.

Another super smooth closing. So grateful for Danielle and Dani. They are just wonderful at their jobs. They make it all seem so easy, even when it is a not. Danielle visits with the Buyer to see if this is their first home or if they are more experience in the process and then leads the closing with this knowledge. She makes them feel comfortable and is so patient. Dani and Danielle have great communication and I always know where we are in the process. I am never wondering what is happening throughout the transaction. They are amazing!
