It felt friendly, accessible, and I immediately felt the nerves fading within a few minutes with Danielle. I feel like she really made it as fun as signing papers for an hour and fifteen minutes could possibly be. She continued to ask us if we had any questions, and answered them wonderfully. We were given a gas card for driving to a different location (not the closest to where we lived) so that we could work with the same people we'd been working with throughout the entire process at closing, and while I am so glad we did that and would have done it even without the gas card, the gas card was a very nice touch. :)
