The closing for 791 York was a VERY DIFFICULT situation which together with Title came out success. IRS was involved and a very defiant and mad seller. Danielle, our Closer, handled everything very well at the closing table....friendly, patient and explained many things to the seller who was having problems understand (or didn't want to understand). ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL. THANK YOU DANI.

I like about the closing was we work vary heard for this to be done, despite that I put so much time and afford for the closing. I appreciated Jessika's patience and knowledge as we began and concluded the title/closing pre-signing process. There were many times she could have acted like everyone should know that specific answer but she took the time to happily address every question and concern like the consummate professional she is. I also appreciated how we had fun at the end with the "Sold" signs as she took pictures of myself with my agent (Leslie Golie). It was a memorable conclusion to the pre-signing processing involving a Trust. I think Jessika's new song favorite should be "Closers just want to have fun!".
