Smooth and simple.
The closing was very orderly and all of my questions and concerns were answered. It was a nice quiet environment where I could focus on all of the important processes.
Everything went exactly as described
We signed early because we are living out of town. We got conflicting reports about how the official closing would go. One was that “everyone was signing early” and another that “just the buyer and her realtor”would be at the closing. We were not told before closing how we would know if it had been completed. We incorrectly assumed we’d get a call or email stating it was complete. Instead it took a couple of hours to hear the results. Would have been nice to have known the procedure before.
Everything else was very professional.
