I was first told that my husband of 9 months would get half the proceeds of my house sale even though his name wasn’t on the title. We were able to resolve it with Title people by providing the conditions of our Prenuptial Agreement prior to signing closing documents.

Steve Commers was a dream to work with as he kept me updated with every detail! I so appreciated the process he laid out to get the house sold

Ryan was great at explaining every document. I liked the space to sign and have our lender and realtor present at the same time. I appreciated the attention to security, secure portal transmission of wire instructions and verification steps.
