Tricia communicated with us often and she was so pleasant when we asked a ton of questions (we're 1st time home sellers). She explained all documents clearly during the closing process and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire time. Tom, our realtor, was right there with us the whole way as well. Selling a home is a big thing to go through in ones life and we felt so comfortable and informed through it all.

The paperwork and details were very organized and clear. It was a very pleasant, easy experience, and we knew exactly what we needed to do with all of the paperwork/changing over if utilities/continuing homesteading, etc.
