I enjoyed working with Sarah at my closing! As a first time homebuyer I was nervous, excited and overwhelmed by the information I received at that time. Sarah was very helpful in explaining the process and each document. She was positive and encouraging from the days leading up to the closing and the day of. She created a comfortable environment to ask questions if any came up.

We appreciated that we were able to conduct the closing in a Edina Realty Title conference room. It was much more comfortable and convenient than completing the closing in our car. What did you like about the closing?

Closing process in the middle of a pandemic could not have handled better under the circumstances. As a first time homebuyer I was uncertain of the entire process. Ryan was able to walk me through all the documents involved and a stressful situation a truly enjoyable experience.

Because of restrictions due to COVID19, this closing was atypical; we were the only ones in the room! Thankfully, Sarah Harker was our Settlement Agent. With her animated personality, Sarah made the experience fun for us, while providing in depth explanations when needed.
