Clients were happy and taken care of. Only wished I could have attended the closing. I know its corporate level, but wish the decisions to have agents there/not there at closing (and/or pre-signing) would be client driven, if that makes sense? (still, I understand why we are doing this)

Ryan Horvath was very helpful in his explanations. He made the closing, conducted in our vehicle as comfortable as possible. My husband suffers from disabilities, has constant pain and limited mobility, and was getting a bit agitated before the process was finished, but Ryan was unruffled and professional throughout. This sale was due to a divorce. It was a very complicated file and both sellers were very stressed. They had a lot of questions and requests. Ryan did a great job working with them and keeping everything calm. He did an excellent job!
