I wasn’t at the closing but my buyers were extremely happy with their closing. Kellan was quick to respond with any questions I had during the process, and this was while he was trying to recover from surgery!!!

Buyer's title was very difficult to deal with and threw a lot of last minute changes at us - taking title in trust, not completing their paperwork on time, not responding in a timely manor multiple times to ERT, and leaving ERT to clean up checks not being sent then being sent to the wrong parties. All of this was done in a professional manner and they both worked hard to make sure all was done, done properly and taken care of. Once again ERT saves the day!

This one had a lot of moving parts with 3 sellers and spouses and a trust. However, Lauren and her team made this one go as smooth as melting butter rolling down a corn on the cob in late August! Salt if you wish.
