I had a wonderful experience. My realtor, Gary Judson, was very professional and personable throughout the whole experience. He responded to my texts and emails promptly and always let me know where we were in the process and what was happening next. As a result, I never felt like I needed to be concerned even when the original offer fell through because he was on top of everything and guiding me as to what to do next. Also, he went above and beyond what he needed to do as my realtor by offering to fix something in my condo.
When I signed the closing paperwork Lauren, too, was very professional and explained everything really well.
