Since we represented the sellers who pre=signed, we were not present at the closing. We were notified asa soon as it closed, and our seller was called concerning the proceeds check. All went smoothly.

Kellan and his Team had everything ready when we arrived! From the first sip of a fresh cup of coffee to the last page signed, he walked u through each step of the process.

Kellan was very professional and stopped to answer all the questions we had. He was very thorough.

Since the closing was a two day process (Covid required) Kellan kept us informed and we were notified right away when the sale transaction was complete.
