Natalie always does a great job with our Clients. The only regrettable excitement we had was when there was uncertainty whether a wire of Seller proceeds could be deposited into the Wife's account (did husband also have access??) This detail hadn't come up before and resulted in a delay in teleprompts with the bank. Resolved satisfactorily. Now I know better to prepare for this.
