Lauren and team did another great closing.
The sellers live in Houston and Lauren always gets the papers out early. Well with the Texas storms Lauren was ahead of the weather man.
All papers arrived a day before the closing.
Lauren now has papers ready for two early March closing. Lauren is super!!

The last two closing were with a past client form 24 yrs ago and the other closing was with my family. I always ask a client how their experience was with a given Title company?
My family members said it was the best closing they have ever had,(even when my daughter spilled coffee on the table,she was no made to feel ashamed).And, the client from the past felt it was a very smooth transaction.It is extra difficult during these Covid times,but all the more important to have this final part of our business tranaction, to be made as positive as we can!
I miss not meeting the "other agent" and the buyer/seller . It helped in making a final closure.All the more reason to make this a great impression!
