I don't know how often a closer has to deal with closing out an estate. The few obstacles we encountered got resolved and the buyers closing got completed as scheduled. Dion and her team, including my realtor Amy, did good by me to get the townhouse sold and closed. Thank you...

Mary always treats each one of my clients with such care and kindness. She thoroughly explains each step and does not make anyone feel rushed through a signing. She also keeps it light hearted and fun. She doesn't treat clients like she does this everyday, but she is so competent you know she does!

Big accolade on this one out to Dion. We had a HUGE, and I mean HUGE disruption the day before the closing due to an oversight with the buyer's lender. Our buyers were livid and stressed to the max with all their belongings in trucks and her being 6.5 months pregnant. But we all busted our behinds, like a team does, and we got this all done. We closed one day later, but that was far better than the alternatives. Thank you, Dion, for all your hard work on this one!! My buyers were very appreciative of all that. I don't know the extent to what you did, but I can tell you that on that Tuesday.....I made 97 phone calls between the time you called me at 2 p.m. and when no one would answer the phone anymore. The next day I made 68 phone calls before we got it all settled. So whatever you did.....we all thank you!!

When I was on the final call, the closer was friendly, down-to-earth, and very helpful with going through the steps of the pre-signing. She answered all questions and walked me through each step with ease. It was a pleasure to work with her.

I had been frustrated prior to the pre-signing call due to not having received the closing documents until the morning of the closing. She apologized and indicated that, in the future, she would keep in better communication with clients about the status of the paperwork and give them the option of rescheduling if they didn't have ample time to review it. She was very professional in terms of taking accountability and showing compassion for my frustration, and clearly explained what held up the paperwork. It is such a rarity to see someone take accountability in such a classy way, and the capacity to do so is reflection of a person's inner integrity. Thus, I was very impressed by her apparent high level of integrity. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to others.
