alerts in advance let me know what to expect and to come prepared. videos and screen blurbs let me know how to navigate the potential rough spots (2nd ID needed - ok to use a utility bill - had this prepared in advance of actual session - had a hiccup uploading the document bc that website was recently changed - got through that delay which kept the actual session going smoothly bc the document was previously uploaded).
