Dion was amazing. We ran into some issues with the lender but we figured it all out and were able to close.
This was a tough closing...one that almost didn't happen. The other side of the closing table didn't have their "ducks-in-a-row." They delayed getting a payoff statement, then neglected to follow up on it then their internet crashed all the while having just poor communication with all parties involved. Some things were out of their control. Luckily, Dion and Nancy saved the day. I can't tell you how happy I am that we have both Nancy and Dion on our side. It was a very long couple days leading up to closing. And, closing ended up being a couple hours long since we needed to wait on that payoff statement. In the end, we closed and pretty close to on-time. I love this team!
