Our closing person at Edina Realty in Blaine is Mary Cocciarelli (spelling?). She handled our purchase of a townhouse in January and our sale of our old home in July, both in 2022. She is consistently excellent in all facets of the procedure. She is knowledgeable on all fronts, explains paperwork and signatures in an effective manner and prepares us in a timely fashion for further possible steps to be taken. You are in the sure and safe hands with Mary. She is simply THE BEST!
