Well where do I even start! Dion Israelson was Phenomenal with being flexible and knowledgeable! We had a once in a lifetime closing experience due to a baby being delivered! The closing happened inside the hospital in the hospital room! Special thanks to Nancy Quinn and Jan Kapaun for helping get everything prepared that morning when things changed! I am blown away with the people I work with in the Blaine Edina office! They are truly the BEST!

Dion and Mary made this a very smooth closing. Mary handled the sellers with a pre-sign. This was a home that was in a Trust, so she made sure she answered all of the seller's questions. The buyer was very sharp and had bought/sold many properties in the past including in other states. He had concerns/confusion with the personal representative's deed and what that meant for when he went to sell. Dion scheduled a time to talk him through it and that every state is different. She explained title insurance would cover his concerns which made a huge difference and calmed the buyer down. Everyone walked away happy and I'm very thankful for our title group here in Blaine! Thank you!!!
