Amazing service! I love how our dog is given the space he needs while being cared for and loved. Everybody is very empathetic and understanding. The rooms are clean and the webcam access is a cherry on the cake. Cannot think of a better daycare than dogtopia.

Alison and the team have been great to work with. They clearly care about and love on the pups. They are also very intentional about ensuring that pet parents are well informed about their policies and meticulous management of the facility, as well as prepared for what to expect when introducing your pup to doggy preschool for the first time. Dogtopia Redmond is an absolute wonderful, loving and caring place. The owner Allison Christian Rau is very thorough, kind, and welcoming. Allison listened to my concerns and made my transition to the Redmond location smooth. Allison is also very knowledgeable about the area, and truly loves each and every dog. She goes above and beyond to make sure that each dog feels safe and comfortable and that each owner knows that the pet they love so dearly is in great hands. This also emulates through each and every staff member. Each person that works at Dogtopia Redmond, is expertly trained to understand the needs and wants of each dog and also provides customer service to pet owners that is truly remarkable and unmatched. I’ve been a dogtopia member for over the past five years and have attended multiple locations. Dogtopia of Redmond is by far the best location and experience both myself and best friend(dog) have had. This location and each person that works there including the owner deserves as many awards, raises, and anything that allows the company to continue to provide to pets and pet owners.

Dogtopia did a great job with the Zoom tour before our first actual visit. It was very detailed and informative. The meet and greet was also very well done. We really loved the welcome sign they made for Toby! The facilities were very clean, and they were making a huge effort to sanitize everything. The webcam is great. I have to admit I was stalking our dog on the webcam. I was so happy to see that they were paying attention to Toby and treating him very well. The feedback afterwards was also very detailed. It reminded me of a child’s preschool! I am a very pick doggy parent, but I have to say I am very impressed with Dogtopia.

I love most of all the people - Alison and all her many hard working staff! I have nothing but trust and confidence in all!

Dogtopia is amazing! They really go above and beyond to create a great environment for your pup, and form a great relationship with the owner. After doing the zoom tour, I knew immediately that I would trust them to care for my puppy wether it be daycare, grooming or boarding. They truly create the funnest and most loving environment while also providing structure for your pup.

My dog Chance had a great time and was exhausted when he came home, which made for the perfect, cuddly dog. I love that there are webcams to watch my dog while he makes new furry friends. The staff is great, really taking the time to get to know my dog and ensure he is well taken care of.

I am obsessed with Dogtopia of Redmond!!!! I watched the webcams all day while Bruce was there. I was blown away at the care and attention the coaches gave all the dogs.
The staff has been amazing and communicating with me through every step of the process.

The first day photo they gave me just melted my heart.

I trust and appreciate each staff member and feel great about whoever is coaching the dogs each time. I really appreciate all the Covid-protocols in place. And, most importantly my dogs life experience is vastly better with his spot in Dogtopia Redmond.

Every encounter with staff has been polite, pleasant, and dog-centric. I like the simplicity and convenience of the mobile app as well. It makes things much simpler.
