We are satisfied with your services. Daycare and Boarding fee are higher than other pet hotels. But, we can receive higher quality service. And we are happy that Japanese staff works here.
Great people. My dog love it, and it really helps get her energy out and fulfill her socialization needs. Really helps our time management as the dog's needs are partially being fulfilled by Dogtopia's services so we can allocate our time elsewhere... gotta work to buy that kibble!

I really like how dedicated you are to the safety and happiness of dogs. I like the fact that I can watch my puppy using your web camera. I like that you care about keeping the rooms clean and the light is good. I also like that dogs can take a break in one of the crates during the playtime, that I can schedule the next visit using your app, that there is always a certified trainer in the room, that dogs are categorized by their temperament, but at the same time can move from room to room based on their current attitude. I also like that there are options for spa and boarding. I have seen a couple of other daycares before I found yours and there is no even comparison, I am so happy I found you!
