Clean, friendly and good with dogs

The friendly, knowledgable staff. They are always watching closely over the dogs and clean up messes promptly. The facilities are spotless and I don't worry about the health of my dog. They are very careful screening potential dogs for membership as well. And my dog has gone through a couple of temporary behavior issues and they have managed her beautifully and not made me feel like a pariah.

The tour, the facilities, the care, the app and ease of use, the amazing customer service, outstanding!

We absolutely love Dogtopia and so does Yoda. He always has so much fun, and I love that I can see him on the webcam anytime. The folks at Dogtopia, Redmond are amazing and take such good care of our little guy. It feels great to be able to have a reliable and trustworthy place to leave our little spoilt brat when we go on vacations :)

We really appreciate the fact how much the staff LOVE the dogs. We can tell that they truly wholeheartedly care. That’s what differentiates Dogtopia Redmond from any other daycare in the area.

Great and clean place for all dogs. Staff are well trained and know how to deal with most breeds of dogs. One of the better places in the Seattle/Eastside area for dog daycare. Need to get one of these closer to Issaquah.

I like their policies and that they understand these are my babies. I trust that they will deliver on all of their promises. They have a wonderful set up and I appreciate the tour!

My Zach gets so excited when he hears were going to daycare as soon as I turn into the parking garage he wines and tries to get out of his car seat wagging his tail with is nose against the window!

Heather and her team do an amazing job working with our golden doodle! She is a puppy and still getting acclimated to other dogs, and they’ve helped her tremendously with that transition.

We highly appreciated the thorough tour of the facility we received on the first day of doggie daycare as well as the time Allison spent with us explaining how everything works. We picked up a happy dog after as well as w very cute picture at the end of the day. We are very much looking forward to many more days like this!

Dogtopia in Redmond sets the standard for professionalism in a doggie day care/boarding facility. Everyone on staff clearly knows how to care for dogs and cares deeply about their well-being in all dimensions. I felt very good about leaving our precious puppy in their hands. The cameras that let you peek in on your dog's day are a great feature too!

Clean and safe environment

Friendly staff and knowledgeable about dogs. I feel safe leaving my dog there.

On my first survey I initially submitted (erroneously) a 0 rating due to mis-information based on an assumption from a neighbor who is also a patron of dogtopia. I clicked the rating from the email not thinking my response would be submitted until I completed comments or additional questions, and I closed out of the form wanting to come back to it so I could reach out to confirm what my neighbors had told me that led to the low rating. But the 0 rating was still captured and recorded without comment. Based on that response Allison reached out last week to discuss my low rating to try to remediate the situation. I explained to her that a neighbor informed me that dogs
were left unattended on the weekend for up to 16 hours (between open and close) for the dogs that are boarded, and that was something I wanted to confirm prior to that rating being captured. Allison more than reassured me that our fur babies were not left unattended for such a long period of time when they are boarded, and walked me through the nighttime schedule for the boarded dogs and that someone arrives prior to the listed open times on the weekend. She took great care in alleviating my concerns completely and I absolutely would recommend Dogtopia to a friend. Allison more than reassured me that my dog was in GREAT hands and especially while he was boarded over the weekend. Allison, Heather, and their team are amazing and we greatly appreciate all that they do, and the phone call to address my concerns. For the daycare process, they had the most thorough and thoughtful evaluation process, and I knew my dog would be in good hands. Heather was wonderful during the evaluation and the care and thoughtfulness really showed. I apologize that the first rating was captured and this review is to correct the original 0 rating to reflect a 10 rating. Again, I would absolutely recommend Dogtopia Redmond to a friend.
