We love the facility and the staffs are really friendly!
So far I am very satisfied with Dogtopia’s service. From the beginning with the zoom call walk-about which was very informative, to the first day meet and greet, I have been very impressed. Art the manager is very efficient and has guided me every step of the way. I particularly loved the personal touch of giving our dog her first day doggie certificate and an update on how she managed through the day. The additional benefit is being able to have access to the webcams in the rooms so you can watch your dog throughout the day and have peace of mind that your dog is in good hands. So far I have had a very happy pup who came home exhausted from all the fun she had on her first day.
It's great to know that my dog has a fun time at Dogtopia and is given great care. When I drop him off, he anxiously runs to the door to be let in. He just loves this place and he is definitely the best judge of how great a place Dogtopia is.

Every member of the Dogtopia team is wonderful! They take time to ensure they know your name and your dog's and they provide a short report about your dog's day. I always feel so welcome and cared for and my dog just LOVES this place!

Its a hotel for dogs--and not a motel 6. We are talking a 5-star hotel with a view. Some of the best care I've ever seen given to my dog. Such friendly and kind staff. You know your animal is in good hands at this place.

Every dog at Dogtopia of Redmond is thoroughly vetted before they even set foot in the play room, Each dog there is given the love and attention they deserve, and I know that the dog’s needs come first. Allison is absolutely wonderful and makes sure that each dog there is having a wonderful time every day they attend. Each member of the Dogtopia of Redmond staff makes sure that your dog is given top quality care. We are so happy and grateful to be part of the Dogtopia of Redmond family.
Associates are cheerful & professional, and facilities are clean.
We love how much fun our dog is having. He has only gone a couple of times so far, but he has had a blast with the other dogs in the Toy Room. Watching him play on the webcam has been so lovely.
