I'm so impressed with Dogtopia in Redmond! After 4 months on the waitlist, I can now see why this place is such a huge success and in so high demand! You know that when you leave your furchild here, he's in the best care possible! The process for onboarding is thorough and informative, starting with a webconference walkthrough by Dogtopia's owner Allison, then followed by a Meet n Greet day to assess your pet. I'm so relieved that my dog Phil did so well on his first day, especially since he hasn't gotten much socializing during the pandemic. Looking forward to sending Phil here more frequently! Phil comes home happy and exhausted.

The Dogtopia staff personally knows my dog and they give him the best care and love. The staff is well trained and the premise is kept clean. I know my dog is safe and happy while he is there. The best affirmation that I have from my dog, is when I drop him off he is anxious to get through the door and play with his doggie friends.

The patience and love you all give!! I’m always so comfortable bringing my energetic pup here! He goes once a week and is always worn out afterwards! He’s a French Bulldog and I appreciate the precautions they use with him when they know he’s worn out to catch his breath!

We love Dogtopia. We have been customers at two other local dog daycares/boarders and we are incredibly happy with Dogtopia. The staff are so helpful and responsive. Their measures for staying safe during COVID and keeping the space open for our pups is noteworthy. My dog comes back happy, tired, and healthy after he boards or plays at Dogtopia.

The staff and owner of Dogtopia are great. They all know my dog's name and greet him with joy when he arrives for daycare. I love that I can watch him play on the webcam and see that he is enjoying himself. It is comforting for me to know that my dog is in a safe and clean environment and is being well taken care of.

My puppy has been going there for a couple months and they are just absolutely amazing! They have so much patience, are very professional and comforting that your pup is in good hands!
I love that they have the cameras and we can peep and watch how much fun he’s having!

I love the friendliness of the staff and how they take such good care of my pup. I see them on the webcam giving cuddles and petting my puppy and that gives me great satisfaction that my dog is happy and in a safe environment. My pet did overnight boarding a few nights ago and came back really happy. That was a big relief for me. I see them cleaning up after the dogs and ensuring the rooms are left in a good state which is very pleasing.

They are always available on the phone to deal with any queries and although they have some teething problems with billing that I have needed to sort out, I am confident that they are addressing the issues in a timely manner and working through this in a professional way.
