Prices for propane are good right now. Truck gas man came next day to fill as previous appt. date not recorded. Gas man filled tank quickly and short time here.

So far, you've never let us run out of propane...which we appreciate. Like the ability to pay a similar amount each month so there are no surprises. Like that you reassess use & adjust rates accordingly (actually DOWNWARD in our case!).

The propane tank at my vacation home at Lake Berryessa was completely empty (I hadn't checked it) and my daughter and a friend were there for a week-long stay last weekend. They noticed no hot water and realized the propane tank was empty. They called Shelton and were told I needed to contact customer service since I was on the account. I was able to do that and the woman I spoke to was one of the best customer service people I have ever worked with. This was Saturday night, I couldn't believe a real person answered the phone! She was kind, helpful and took care of the problem. The tank was refilled on Sunday morning, she put my daughter on the account so they could work directly with her at the house and moved my billing on line. I am so pleased with the entire experience - thank you!
