The service manager was very responsive to my request for a new regulator after my boiler servicing company suggested they be replaced. Eric, the service technician who came out, did a thorough review of my delivery system and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to answer my questions and explain the workings of the propane delivery and boiler system. While he could have easily just replaced the parts and left, he made sure I understood what he had done and why. I felt very confident that my delivery system was safe and in good working order. We have lived in NY since Sept. of 2017, we have always had excellent service. Before we moved from Virginia, my son lived here and was serviced by Superior and at times we had to help him out with his bill, I was always treated with the utmost respect and was always given professional service as I am given now

I have had 4 other propane companies. All of them went "south" on me with poor service and poor customer attitude. My problems have been over since I went with your company! All of the service people that have worked on this home have done an outstanding job. They really cared about what they did.
Your best service person of all is your driver Nate. He gave me his cell phone number so I can deal directly with him. He has taken a personnel interest in serving our estate. His communication skills are excellent as is his reliability. Always a pleasure to take to him and have him here. Nate is a GREAT credit to your company.
