After having some concerns with the attitude and behaviour of a couple of crew members that installed our system, the office quickly called us to discuss the issues to ensure they could be rectified immediately. The gentleman from the office was very determined to get all the information to make sure these things were corrected and offered to assist us in any way to apologize for our experience.
