Also as usual every year, in spite of annual best efforts grass dies off on the immediate right side of the building entrance. This year as last we put new soil down and new grass seed and watered regularly and never mowed, but a month ago it started to thin out and will probably disappear.
Not your fault. Just letting you know because there are things in life which in spite of best efforts don't work. In this case I think it's a combination of too much shade and trees sucking the bejezus out of the soil. Not a weed problem, just nature.

I find the customer service top notch. They email you and send you text messages before coming for a service visit, so you know when exactly they are going to show up. So soon as they are done with the service, the technician texts you to let you know what was done. The email they send out after the service visit is completed, lists the breakdown of what was seen, done and what needs to happen next.
