Reliable good communication good pricing
I like the fact that you phone the day before you are scheduled to come. Your prices are good. Your products work as well as they can given Ontario's ecological laws. My dealings with office staff have not been numerous but they are always friendly and helpful. Dealings with technicians are not common but I have always found them to be efficient and helpful, advice given on service reports is valuable.
You do a good job, on time with services, give updates and good advice on what to do with our
lawn, lots of helpful hints.

Incredibly professional service. Your team always goes the extra mile to make sure we are looked after, including coming back for second applications of weed control, showing up on short notice for "emergency grub assassinations", and dropping off the occasional "extra" bag of grass seed. I could not possibly be happier with the service I receive from Nutri-Lawn, and would recommend this company to anyone looking to take the stress and guesswork out of having perfect grass.

I don’t really have a lot to say, I had chinch bugs last year That destroyed half my lawn. I hired someone to repair it, they killed the weeds, turned soil over, added more topsoil and reseeded it. Now it’s full of weeds.
Nutrilawn sprayed for chinch bugs. Now other half of lawn looks like it’s dying. I’ve been trying to keep this lawn going but don’t think I’m going to win.

Service and are OK . Weed control seem to be a problem as the weeds are the type that don't respond to your product, So, I suppose more attention is required ( i.e. overseeding,etc) We'll have work on that. First name removed
