The only product that I use is grub control and I haven't had any issues with grubs since I signed on years ago. I like that I have to re-sign every year and that you don't assume I want any services. I don't find you "pushy" and I like that.
I also like that you send me emails about your products and when to look for cinch bugs, for example.

The weeds are almost all gone. The technician who does the work is quick and non intrusive.

the split seeding worked better than anything I have tried in the last few years.
I like the fact that nitro lawn tells me when they are coming, that they have sprayed and what they did that visit and what to do to help the grass grow strong! The odd weeds I do get are very far and few between and easier to manage! My grass is once again soft and lush for my kids to play on, compared to the shape and prickly weeds it once was!
