Good service and great communication with clients
In all of the years that you have been looking after us, I cannot think of one reason to change companies. Your service and personnel have been terrific, from the young ladies who answer the phone and look after any concerns I might have to those "guys" who do the actual work in my yard. I had a sprinkler head that needed replacing - I called a couple of days ago and your crew showed up today, replacing the head very quickly. But it was not the speed that got my attention; it was their attitude, politeness, just good manners and wanting to do a good job and please me.
That is how it has always been with your company - good workers so must be a pretty good 'boss' as well.

Great service! John is extremely knowledgable about the sprinkler systems put in place and we always feel he has our best interests in mind. Cynthia is also quite knowledgable and stays top of issues or things to be looked at down the road. Pricing is also very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend them.

The products (fiesta) does not treat many domestic weeds (ivy, crab grass, etc).
I would prefer a broadcast fiesta spray treatment over the whole lawn area, because when technician only spot-sprays the weeds visible on the day of service, who is to say new weeds won't pop up tomorrow. So, what's the point?
Broadcast spraying used to be done (2Phone number removed?).
Based on the current practice of spot-spraying, the Service is expensive.
