The professional way your personnel handled this delicate situation. Never being through this kind of situation before I appreciated the way the project manager took the time to explain things to me and guide me through the rebuilding of my property. It makes it easier when you work with someone who shows interest in looking out for you as well as the company they work with.

Venturi responded quickly to our needs. They communicated effectively with us during the complete process and even owned up to a couple of their subs mistakes. We were very pleased with the restoration work that was completed.
