Was very easy to get in touch with Derek when I needed him. Did we have a few hiccups yes, all to be expected when you have to remove all furniture from your home and replace all hardwood floors. Between trying to find the right flooring, and ourselves having two 3 week trips already planned and paid for that we couldn't cancel. I feel like it came together fairly nicely.
As a customer, you have to remember that they didn't create the problem, they are there to help you take care of the problem.

.Once Venturi got involved in my water situation, everything happened in a timely fashion.
The work done in our garage looks great. The guys working on it were personable and stuck to the task. The insurance payment was awkward, for some reason, but it wasn't Venturi's fault. We changed out the two lights in that space and it is much brighter.
Within minutes of meeting Jerry it was obvious he was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. It's uncommon to find folks these days that truly just want to do the best job for their clients, but Jerry seems to be exactly that guy.

Venturi went above and beyond meeting all expectations.. I was concerned about demolition for health reasons however they worked and I notice zero dust what so ever ! Everything was sealed perfectly. Happy client here .
