It was prompt for the first visit but the return visit did not happen as scheduled. I had to call to find out if he was coming. I understand getting tied up but communication was lacking.
While it took a while to get the project going, the team did a great job and was always up front/honest about the scope of work. The cared about my home as if it was theirs.
